What makes Pepe different/better than all of the other people with his job title?
Does having a good hair, a charming accent, and a name that sounds like a high-end, expensive, agave blanco tequila count?
Sadly, no. Pepe stands out among his peers because of his diverse and rich background. He’s learned from some of the most brilliant people in the industry at agencies such as Mother NY, Droga5, CP+B, and 72andSunny. These different schools of thought inform how Pepe approaches every project with a unique skill set.
What else?
Pepe will never steal your lunch from the fridge.
And his international training has allowed him to gain experience with different markets, languages, and budgets—always with highly successful results from a business and creative standpoint.
He’s created multichannel campaigns that real people liked, immersive online and offline experiences, and innovative products for brands such as Stella Artois, Lincoln Motor Company, Tanqueray, Jell-O, Netflix, James Patterson, Accenture, Prudential, and Spotify all while winning Gold Lions at Cannes and Pencils at D&AD & One Show.

- Created one the most awarded campaigns in Mother New York’s history: James Patterson’s Self-Destructing Book.
- Part of the team that won Baileys Global, CurrentC and Reebok Classics.
2012 - 2013: ACD Hudson Rouge NYC
- Launched campaign to reposition the Lincoln Motor Company.
- Won first Cannes Gold Lion for the agency.
2010 - 2012: ACD CP+B Boulder
- Part of the team that won Belvita, Triscuit and Kraft Mac and Cheese.
- Won the first Cannes Lion for Kraft (Jell-O.)
- Worked on Microsoft, Burger King, Jell-O, Mac and Cheese, Belvita and Triscuit.
2008 - 2010: ACD Leo Burnett Chicago
- Won the first Gold Lion for the agency.
- Creative Lead on all the Procter & Gamble accounts (Bounty, Gain Detergent and Pepto Bismol.)
2006 - 2008: Sr Creative Leo Burnett Puerto Rico
- Won local and regional Grand Prix during the first six months.
2002 - 2006: ACD Leo Burnett Peru
- Part of the team that made Peru’s office Leo Burnett’s Global Agency of the Year 2005.
- Won multiple local and global awards including Cannes Lions and D&AD pencils.
